On the day of your event, our team will handle set-up, coordination, vendor management, and oversee cleanup, allowing you and your guests to fully enjoy the day stress-free.
Partial Planning
Our partial planning service begins at the time of booking and offers unlimited communication via email, text, and phone.
We provide regular check-ins, vendor recommendations, and assist with vendor management. A personalized virtual
lookbook will help guide the overall wedding theme. As the event approaches, we confirm all vendor details, assist with decor pickup, and oversee a vendor walk-through and facilitate a ceremony rehearsal.
On the day of, our team manages setup, coordination, and oversee cleanup, ensuring all runs smoothly so you and your guests can enjoy the celebration stress-free.
Day of Coordination
Our day-of coordination service begins upon booking and includes unlimited communication via email, text, and phone. We provide monthly meetings, wedding planning checklists, and timeline assistance to keep everything on track.

Unlike many planners who limit meetings, we offer an unlimited amount of meetings to ensure every detail is covered and you feel fully supported throughout the planning process. We offer day time and evening meetings to accommodate all schedules.

We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 12 to 18 months in advance for
full-service planning and at least 6 months in advance for partial planning or day-of coordination.
However, if your event is coming up sooner, reach out! We may still have availability, as our experienced team is capable of managing multiple events per weekend, thanks to our dedicated and growing staff.
